Treatment Formula for Blood Dryness Type Eczema
Symptom Pattern: This type corresponds to chronic eczema, characterized by thickened, hyperkeratotic, cracked skin lesions, possible scratch marks and crusts, recurrent episodes lasting years without healing. Often associated with weight loss, pale tongue with white coating, deep fine or slow pulse.
Treatment Principle: Nourish blood, dispel wind, moisturize and relieve dryness.
Formula: Xiao Feng San or Si Wu Xiao Feng San with modifications. Sheng Di 30g, Bai Shao 15g, Dang Gui 10g, Dan Shen 20g, Ji Xue Teng 15g, Bai Xian Pi 10g, Di Fu Zi 10g, Bi Xie 10g, Fu Ling Pi 30g, She Chuang Zi 10g, Sheng Gan Cao 10g.
