Single Herbal Formula for Treating Alopecia Areata
⑴ Ligusticum chuanxiong 5 grams, Polygonum multiflorum 20 grams, Persicae semen 30 grams. Crush, soak in boiling water as tea substitute for oral intake, combined with topical treatments.⑵ Poria powder: twice daily, 6 grams each time, or 10 grams before bedtime; alternatively, decoction of Poria slices can also be taken orally—highly effective.⑶ A compound preparation made primarily from Tripterygium wilfordii and Polygonum multiflorum.
