Tofu Skin with Fresh Mushrooms
[Ingredients] Tofu skin 150 grams, fresh mushrooms 100 grams, cucumber 50 grams, salt, monosodium glutamate, Sichuan pepper grains, soybean oil as needed.
[Method] Cut tofu skin into 2 cm segments; clean fresh mushrooms, remove impurities, slice; wash cucumber and cut into small pieces. Blanch all ingredients separately in boiling water, then rinse with cold water, drain thoroughly, arrange on plate. Heat oil in wok, fry Sichuan pepper grains until fragrant, remove them, pour the spiced oil over the dish, add salt and MSG, mix well.
