Postpartum Disorders Formula 2
Dangshen, Baizhu, Fuling, Zhi Gancao, Shudi, Bai Shao each 10 grams, Danggui 15 grams, Chuanxiong 7.5 grams, one mature hen, 500 grams pork, 500 grams miscellaneous bones, a little green onion and ginger. Process the hen conventionally, chop the pork, crush the bones, wash the remaining herbs, wrap in clean gauze, soak in water, place the hen, pork, bones, and herb bag into a pot, add sufficient water, bring to a boil over high heat, skim off foam, add ginger and green onion, then simmer over low heat until the chicken is tender.
