Formula Name: Compound Danshen Injection
【Function and Indications】
Function: Regulating Qi, activating blood circulation, resolving stasis. Indicated for pelvic congestion syndrome.
【Prescription Composition】
Danshen and Xiangru prepared at a 1:1 ratio into injection, mixed with glucose, intravenous drip, once daily, 10 days constitute one course.

【Clinical Efficacy】
Treated 51 cases of post-tubal ligation pelvic congestion syndrome, satisfactory results; symptoms relieved after 2–3 courses on average, but prone to recurrence; thus, all patients eventually underwent excision of dilated veins and both fallopian tubes.
