【Function and Indications】
Function: Tonifying Qi, strengthening constitution, activating blood, resolving stasis. Indicated for pelvic connective tissue inflammation, salpingo-oophoritis, and other pelvic inflammations.
【Prescription Composition】
Radix Codonopsis 15g, Radix Astragali 15g, Rhizoma Sparganii 15g, Rhizoma Curcumae 15g, Chicken Internal Gold 15g, Rhizoma Atractylodes 10g, Rhizoma Dioscorea 10g, Radix Trichosanthis 10g, decoct and take orally.【Differentiation and Modification】
For chest and flank distension and pain, add Corydalis tuber 15g, Curcuma aromatica 20g; for diarrhea, remove Anemarrhena, add White Peony Root 20g; for fever, excessive discharge, yellow and foul-smelling discharge, add White Hellebore 50g, Hedyotis diffusa 50g; for masses, add Tabanus 2.5g, Hirudo 2.5g (powdered and taken orally); for internal heat and dry mouth, add Raw Rehmannia 25g, Asparagus cochinchinensis 20g.
【Clinical Efficacy】
Treated 51 cases: 18 cured, 20 markedly effective, 11 improved. Total effective rate 96.1%. Average treatment duration 43 doses.
