【Function and Indications】
Function: Tonify kidney and qi, activate blood and resolve stasis. Indicated for endometriosis.
【Prescription Composition】
Morinda officinalis 9g, Epimedium sagittatum 12g, Eucommia ulmoides 12g, Cuscuta chinensis 9g, Codonopsis pilosula 9g, Astragalus membranaceus 9g, Cortex Moutan 9g, Peach Kernel 9g, Safflower 6g, Raw Cattail Pollen 12g, Persicae Semen 12g, Red Peony Root 9g, Cyperus rotundus 9g, Frankincense 4.5g, Myrrha 4.5g. Decoct and take orally.
【Differential Diagnosis and Modifications】

【Clinical Efficacy】
Treated 42 patients: 5 cured (complete disappearance of symptoms and signs), 23 markedly improved (significant improvement in symptoms or signs, or conception in previously infertile patients), 11 effective (symptoms and signs improved and stabilized), 3 ineffective. Total effective rate: 92.9%. Among the 42 patients, 10 were infertile; after treatment, 7 became pregnant, accounting for 70%.

【Comment】
Tian believes that activating blood and resolving stasis drugs help absorb stasis, soften adhesions, reduce masses, and alleviate pain. However, using only blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs yields short-lived results. The root cause of endometriosis lies in kidney deficiency, while bleeding and adhesion obstructing meridians causing local masses represent the manifestation. Treatment should primarily focus on tonifying the kidney while also supplementing qi and activating blood to resolve stasis—treating both root and branch proves more effective than solely using blood-activating and stasis-resolving methods.<Uterus>
