Disease Description
Cough refers to the upward movement of lung qi causing sound and effortful expectoration of phlegm, one of the primary symptoms of lung-related disorders. In Western medicine, acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis often present mainly with cough, corresponding to the condition of cough in traditional Chinese internal medicine.
1. Zhisou Wan
Formula: Concentrated paste pills. Take 20 pills each time, three times daily.
Preparation: Zhi Zi Wan 1000g, Zhi Bai Bu 1000g, Bai Qian 1000g, Jie Geng 1000g, Jing Jie 1000g, Chen Pi 500g, Gan Cao 500g
2. Chuanbei Wan
Formula: Medicinal juice pills. Two times daily, 6g per dose.
