Rib Intercostal Neuralgia Dietary Therapy 7
Formula: Ginseng 10g, Atractylodes 10g, Licorice 6g, Tomato 250g, Egg 2 pieces, Ginger 10g, Green onion 15g, Garlic 5g, Vegetable oil 30g, Salt 4g.
Preparation: Soak ginseng until soft, then slice; wash tomato and cut into slices; soak licorice until soft, then slice; slice ginger, cut green onion into segments. Heat a stir-fry pan over high flame, add vegetable oil, heat to six-tenths temperature, add ginger and green onion to stir-fry until fragrant, pour in 800ml broth or water, add ginseng, Atractylodes, licorice, and tomato, simmer for 25 minutes. Beat eggs and stir into the pot, bring to boil, then it's ready.
Usage: Once daily, consume 50g tomato and drink soup with meals.
Effect: Tonifies Qi and blood, strengthens spleen and stomach. Suitable for rib intercostal neuralgia patients with weak digestion.<Neuralgia>
