Ginseng and Licorice Stewed Snow Frog
Formula: American ginseng 3g, Snow frog cake 10g, Rock sugar 15g.
Preparation: Soak American ginseng until soft, then slice; soak snow frog cake in water until fully expanded, remove black impurities and membranes with tweezers, boil with ginger slices and water for 5 minutes, drain and dry; crush rock sugar. Place snow frog cake, American ginseng, and rock sugar together in a steaming bowl with 200ml water. Steam over high heat until boiling, then reduce to low heat and steam for 20 minutes.
Usage: Once daily, consume one cup each time.
Effect: Tonifies Qi and generates body fluids, relieves spasms and alleviates pain. Suitable for rib intercostal neuralgia patients with thirst and fatigue.<Neuralgia>
