Sixty grams each of lean meat and taro, thirty grams of carrot, forty-five grams of vegetable oil, and appropriate amounts of meat broth, soy sauce, yellow wine, dry starch, monosodium glutamate, and salt. Slice the meat along the grain, marinate with salt, yellow wine, and dry starch; heat oil to seven-tenths temperature, first stir-fry the meat slices, remove and set aside; then stir-fry the taro and carrot slices, add back the meat slices and seasonings, pour in a little meat broth, simmer briefly, then add monosodium glutamate and stir-fry evenly. This formula can clear heat and dampness, brighten the eyes, and calm the spirit.<sup>Supplemental Formula</sup>
