Five-Nine Corydalis Duck
[Ingredients] Ligusticum 10 grams, nine fragrant bug 15 grams, Corydalis 15 grams, duck meat 500 grams.
[Preparation] Clean duck meat, rub lightly with salt to allow flavor to penetrate. Wash and place Ligusticum, nine fragrant bug, and Corydalis in a bowl, add sufficient water, steam over water for about 30 minutes, then filter out residue and retain the liquid. Place duck meat in a large bowl, pour the medicinal liquid over it, steam again over water until duck is tender. Add a few drops of vinegar before eating to improve taste.
[Usage] Drink soup and eat meat.
