Nourishing Heart Three-Silk Soup

[Ingredients] Sour jujube seeds 10 grams, Prince's ginseng 10 grams, eggs 3, ham, dried mushrooms, salt, yellow wine, green onion, ginger juice, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil, as needed.
[Preparation] Boil sour jujube seeds and Prince's ginseng to extract juice. Boil eggs until hard, remove shells and yolks, cut egg whites into strips. Soak and slice dried mushrooms and ham finely.
