Ginger Juice Stir-Fried Glutinous Rice
[Ingredients] Glutinous rice 250 grams, ginger juice 3 spoons.
[Preparation] Place a wok over low heat, add glutinous rice and ginger juice, stir-fry until rice pops open, then grind into powder.
