Pork Trotter Soup
[Ingredients] 2 pork trotters, 20g Chinese herb Qiancao (Rubia cordifolia), 10 red dates.
[Preparation] Wrap Qiancao in gauze. Wash and cut pork trotters into small pieces. Combine with red dates in a pot, add water, and simmer until tender. Remove Qiancao after cooking.
[Usage] Eat meat and dates, drink soup. Serve as a meal accompaniment at breakfast and dinner.

[Comment] Pork trotters are sweet and salty, neutral in nature, able to nourish yin, enrich blood and qi, and promote blood circulation. Qiancao is bitter and cold, cooling blood, stopping bleeding, and promoting blood circulation.
