Huangshan (Chinese yam) 50g, milk 100g, sweet apricot kernels 20g. Soak apricot kernels in water, remove skins and tips, then grind into powder; wash and peel the yam, chop finely; mix with apricot kernels and milk, extract juice by blending, heat to boiling, then stop heating. Take twice daily.
