Poria, Jujube, and Yam Rice Porridge

[Ingredients] 20 grams Poria, 10 jujubes, 20 grams yam, 50 grams rice, and an appropriate amount of brown sugar.
[Method] Remove pits from jujubes, then boil together with Poria, yam, and rice until porridge is ready. Add brown sugar to taste.
[Usage] Divide into three portions, consume as accompaniment to meals.
