[Comment] Tomatoes are sweet, sour, and slightly cold in nature, capable of generating body fluids and quenching thirst, strengthening the stomach and aiding digestion. Cucumbers are sweet and cold, clearing heat from the chest, relieving irritability and thirst, and promoting urination. Carrots are sweet and neutral, strengthening the spleen and nourishing deficiency, moving qi and aiding digestion. Combining tomatoes with cucumbers enhances yin-nourishing and fluid-generating effects; pairing with carrots further improves spleen-strengthening and digestion-promoting actions.
