Ginseng and Yam Quail Soup
[Ingredients] Codonopsis root 20 grams, yam 20 grams, one quail, appropriate amount of refined salt.
[Preparation] Remove feathers and internal organs from quail, wash and cut into small pieces. Place in a clay pot with yam, codonopsis, refined salt, and sufficient water. Simmer gently for 30 minutes until meat is tender.
[Usage] Take twice daily, eat meat and drink soup.
[Benefits] Strengthens spleen and stomach, builds body strength.
