2. Glass noodles, spinach, and black fungus boiled into soup—this dish nourishes the brain and strengthens Qi.
Dinner Menu
1. Napa cabbage stir-fried with crushed peanuts—this dish eliminates daily fatigue.
Method: Heat peanut oil in a wok; once hot, add crushed peanuts and stir until fragrant, then add napa cabbage and stir-fry until cooked.
2. Carrots, peas, black fungus, and coriander boiled into soup—this dish promotes Qi flow and nourishes blood.
