Blood-Nourishing Formula No. 9
50g dried red dates, 100g peanuts, 50g brown sugar. Soak dates until softened, briefly boil peanuts, remove peanut skins, place dates and skins back into the peanut-cooking water, add sufficient cold water, simmer gently for half an hour. Remove peanut skins, add brown sugar, dissolve, reduce liquid, serve as a snack. This formula strengthens Qi and nourishes blood, suitable for blood deficiency syndrome.
