Folk Blood-Nourishing Method No. 3
1000g fresh mulberry fruit, 500g glutinous rice. Wash fresh mulberries, crush into juice, mix juice with glutinous rice, cook into dry rice cakes. After cooling, add a proper amount of yeast, mix thoroughly, ferment into sweet rice wine.
Consume daily in appropriate amounts with meals. Suitable for symptoms such as liver-kidney yin deficiency causing thirst, constipation, tinnitus, dim vision, lymph node swelling, and joint stiffness. Mulberries strongly nourish yin and blood; combined with glutinous rice, which tonifies central Qi, enhancing therapeutic effect.
