250 grams of cow milk, 100 grams of glutinous rice, appropriate amount of sugar. Wash glutinous rice, place in a pot, add water, cook until half-done, then add cow milk, continue cooking until porridge forms, sweeten with sugar before eating.

Glutinous rice acts as an auxiliary, strengthening the spleen to support the action of cow milk. Together, they form a powerful formula for replenishing yin and blood.
