Blood-Nourishing and Beauty-Enhancing Beef Soup
Ingredients
500 grams of beef tendon (beef brisket), 50 grams of wolfberry (Goji berries), 50 grams of Chinese yam (Huai Shan), 30 grams of longan meat, 8 bowls of water, 2 slices of ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Preparation
① Soak longan meat in clean water to wash off impurities.
② Wash beef tendon, cut into thick slices.
③ Wash all ingredients, place in a pot, bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5.5 hours. Add salt and serve.
