Ginseng Steamed Chicken
Ginseng 20 grams, hen 1 whole, cooking wine, ginger, scallion, monosodium glutamate, salt as needed. Remove feathers, cut off claws, clean internal organs, wash thoroughly, chop into rectangular pieces, place in a bowl. Grind 10 grams ginseng into powder, keep aside; the rest steamed soft and slice thinly. Wash ginger, cut into thick slices; cut scallions into sections. Place ginseng slices into chicken bowl, lay scallions and ginger on top, add sufficient water, add cooking wine and salt, steam for about 2 hours. Remove scallions and ginger, stir in monosodium glutamate, sprinkle ginseng powder into bowl and mix well. Function: Replenish blood.
