Note: Those with stomach issues should eat only five inches of sugarcane during the recommended time—stomach problems will surely recover.
Breakfast Menu
1. Crush peanut kernels, stir-fry with greens (any green vegetables). Use peanut oil for best results.
2. Wash tofu with hot water, cut into small pieces, dip in soy sauce.
Lunch Menu
1. Stir-fry bean sprouts with peanut oil, add seasoning (a bit of MSG and salt). This dish clears blood.

Method: Heat peanut oil in a wok, stir-fry black fungus for two minutes, then add water, bring to a boil, add sliced radish, cook until tender, then add coriander, salt, and MSG.
