Ginseng Porridge

【Ingredients】50–100 grams of white rice, 10 grams of ginseng.
【Preparation】Cut ginseng into small pieces, soak in clean water for 40 minutes, place in a sand pot (or aluminum pot), bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer gently for about two hours. Wash the rice and add it to the ginseng broth to cook into porridge.
【Usage】Consume once in the morning and once in the evening; regular use is effective.
【Efficacy】Tonifies the middle energizer, strengthens qi, and invigorates the spleen.
【Application】For symptoms caused by spleen-stomach qi deficiency and impaired digestion, such as poor appetite, abdominal distension, loose stools, discomfort or diarrhea after consuming cold foods.
【Caution】Avoid iron utensils; avoid radish and tea during consumption.
