Ginseng Softshell Turtle Dish
One softshell turtle, 3 grams of ginseng. Clean and cut the turtle into pieces, stew with wine and salt until cooked, then add ginseng and continue stewing for 15 minutes. Consume once daily, all at once. Continue for several days. Efficacy: tonifies qi and consolidates blood.
