Ginseng Astragalus Porridge
Ginseng 5 g, Astragalus 20 g, brown rice 80 g, sugar 5 g, Atractylodes 10 g. Clean ginseng, astragalus, and atractylodes, slice them, soak in clean water for 40 minutes, place in a clay pot, add water, boil, then simmer slowly until concentrated.
