Ginseng Yam Cake
Ginseng 3 g, Chinese yam, Poria, lotus seed, each 10 g, lotus seed 5 g, glutinous rice flour, japonica rice flour, sugar each 1000 g. Soak lotus seeds in warm water, peel and remove core, grind together with other four herbs into fine powder, mix with flours and sugar to form dough, shape into cakes, steam over high heat for 30 minutes.
