30 grams each of Chai Hu (Bupleurum), Bie Jia (Softshell Turtle Shell, cleaned, removed decayed parts, fried in lard), and Zhi Mu (Anemarrhena); 15 grams Wu Wei Zi (Schisandra); 45 grams Di Gu Pi (Lycium Bark). Grind into fine powder. Take 6–9 grams each time, add two prunes and five leaves of Qing Hao (Artemisia), decoct in water, filter out residue, and consume.
