Summer Dried Grass Syrup for Hypertension
Ingredients: 120 grams of sugar, 100 grams of Cassia seed, and summer-dried grass (Prunella vulgaris).
Preparation: Place summer-dried grass and cassia seed in a clay pot, add 2000 ml of water, simmer gently until reduced to 1500 ml. Filter through gauze, then reboil the residue with additional water. Combine both decoctions, add sugar and stir well.
Usage: One dose consumed over 3 days, one course lasting 30 days.<Hypertension>
