Preparation of Radish Seed Porridge

[Composition] Radish seed 10–15 grams, white glutinous rice 50 grams.[Preparation and Usage] First cook rice into porridge as usual. Add radish seed just before the rice is fully cooked. When porridge is ready, it is complete. If radish seed is unavailable, sliced dried radish can be used instead. Consume for breakfast in the morning. Can add a little sugar or salt as desired.
