[Composition] Lamb meat 50 grams, cardamom 5 pieces, chickpeas (also known as “Huihui beans”) 100 grams, barley flour 1500 grams, soybean flour 500 grams, ginger juice as needed, coriander as needed, salt, vinegar as needed.
