Chestnut and Longan for Anti-Aging
[Composition] 10 chestnuts (shelled and flesh used), longan meat 15 grams, glutinous rice 50 grams, a little sugar. [Preparation and Usage] Chop chestnuts into small pieces, cook together with rice into porridge. Just before serving, add longan meat. Add a little sugar when eating. Can be consumed as breakfast or at any time.
