60 grams pine resin, 60 grams processed aconite root (skin and heart removed, raw use), 250 grams vitex fruit.
Grind above herbs into fine powder. Mix with black chicken fat, store in ceramic vessel, seal tightly, dry in shaded area facing north for 100 days until ready.
