Qigong Nasal Exercise

The Inner Skill Diagram describes a three-step nasal exercise: rub thumbs until warm, then rub the nasal bridge 36 times; next, calm the mind, eliminate distractions, gaze steadily at the tip of the nose, silently count breaths for 3–5 minutes.
Before bedtime, lie prone without a pillow, bend knees, soles of feet upward, perform deep nasal inhalation and exhalation of fresh air four times each, then return to normal breathing.<Jian Bi>
