Steamed Sea Snail
Ingredients:
350 grams sea snail meat, appropriate amounts of cooking wine, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger chunks, scallion segments, Sichuan pepper, sesame oil, clear broth.
Preparation:
1. Wash sea snail meat thoroughly by repeatedly kneading. Cut from the opening into two connected pieces, flatten with a knife, score diagonal patterns on both sides, then cut through the middle. Chop half the ginger finely, crush the other half. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, refined salt, and ginger powder into a ginger-flavored sauce.
2. Place sea snail meat in a dish, add cooking wine, monosodium glutamate, scallion segments, ginger chunks, Sichuan pepper, and clear broth. Steam for about 15 minutes. Remove ginger, scallions, and Sichuan pepper. Drizzle with sesame oil. Serve with a side dish of ginger-flavored sauce.
