Chrysanthemum Stir-Fried Meat Slices
Selection:
500 g lean pork, 100 g fresh chrysanthemum petals, 3 eggs, salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, vegetable oil, clear broth, starch as needed, scallion bits, ginger paste in small amounts.
Preparation:
1. Wash pork and slice. Gently wash chrysanthemum petals. Crack eggs into a bowl, add cooking wine, salt, starch, mix into a paste, then mix with meat slices and set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in pan, fry meat slices until cooked. Leave a little oil, stir-fry scallion bits and ginger paste until fragrant. Add cooked meat slices, clear broth, and chrysanthemum petals, stir-fry evenly. Season with monosodium glutamate, mix well and serve.
