Poria and Fritillary Pear
Ingredients:
Poria 15g, Fritillaria cirrhosa 10g, pear 1000g, honey 500g, appropriate amount of rock sugar.
Preparation:
1. Wash Poria and cut into small cubes; clean Fritillaria cirrhosa and remove impurities; wash pear, remove stem and core, and chop into small pieces.
2. Place Poria and Fritillaria cirrhosa in an aluminum pot, add appropriate water, simmer over medium heat until cooked, then add pear, honey, and rock sugar, continue cooking until the pear is soft. Serve immediately.
