Tremella Lotus Egg Soup
Ingredients
25g soaked tremella, 25g prepared Chinese yam, 10g lotus seeds, 3 eggs, appropriate amount of rock sugar.
Preparation
Place lotus seeds, tremella, and Chinese yam in an aluminum pot, add sufficient water, bring to a boil over heat, then simmer until lotus seeds and tremella are soft and tender. Break eggs into the pot, cook until fully set, add rock sugar and dissolve, then simmer briefly before removing from heat.
