Immortal Hawthorn Red Bean Porridge
[Ingredients] 60 grams immortelle herb, 20 jujubes, 50 grams red adzuki beans, 100 grams raw coix seed, appropriate amount of sugar.
[Preparation] Soak raw coix seed and red adzuki beans in warm water for half a day; wrap immortelle herb in gauze; remove pits from jujubes. Combine all ingredients with water and boil into porridge as usual, add sugar to taste.
