Xiangru Decoction
[Ingredients] 10g perilla, 5g magnolia bark, 5g white lablab bean, and appropriate amount of sugar.
[Preparation] Cut perilla and magnolia bark into small pieces, stir-fry white lablab bean until yellow and crush it. Place all ingredients in a thermos, pour boiling water over them, cover tightly, and steep for 1 hour.
[Usage] Drink as tea frequently.
[Effects] Releases exterior and clears summer heat, strengthens spleen and promotes diuresis. Suitable for preventing and treating summer-damp colds and air-conditioning sickness.
