Formula for Treating Anemia
Preparation and Usage: Take an appropriate amount of Sanqi, soak in clean water for 2 days, remove, slice thinly, dry naturally or by sun/drying. Then fry the slices in chicken oil over low heat until slightly yellow. Remove, grind into fine powder. Take one young chicken, remove internal organs, sprinkle 15–20g of cooked Sanqi powder inside the cavity, add sufficient water or Huangjiu, stew gently until tender. Consume soup and meat, divided into 2–3 meals per day.
Alternative method: Beat one egg into scrambled form, mix with 5g of prepared Sanqi powder, stir well, cook until done, consume once daily.
Function: Tonify blood and generate blood. Treats deficiency-cold type anemia with excellent results.<Anemia>
