Gynura Tea
[Ingredients] 30–50 g Gynura.
[Preparation] Boil 30–50 g Gynura in 1000 ml water for 15 minutes. Strain and collect the liquid. Alternatively, use 15 g Gynura to brew tea until flavor fades.
[Usage] Drink in multiple portions throughout the day as a substitute for tea.
[Effects] Tonifies qi and blood, resolves stasis and disperses nodules, strengthens the body and prevents cancer. Used for cancer prevention and treatment, diabetes, fatigue, and hyperlipidemia.
