Yam and Pork Stomach Stew
[Ingredients] 150 g pork stomach, 50–100 g yam.
[Preparation] Wash the pork stomach, cut into strips or small pieces, boil, then simmer over low heat until tender. Then add peeled and washed yam, cut into slices or chunks, and continue stewing until soft.
[Usage] Add a little salt for seasoning, consume on an empty stomach, once daily.
[Effects] Nourishes lungs and kidneys. Suitable for diabetes with frequent urination.
[Comment] Yam is sweet and neutral, entering the spleen, lung, and kidney meridians. It strengthens the spleen, tonifies the lungs, consolidates the kidneys, and enriches essence. Combined with pork stomach stew, it enhances kidney consolidation and essence enrichment.
