Winter Melon Red Bean Soup
[Ingredients] 500 grams winter melon, 40 grams red beans.
[Preparation] Boil winter melon and red beans with two bowls of water, simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
[Usage] Do not add salt or use minimal salt, take twice daily, eat melon and drink soup.
[Function] Promote urination, reduce edema, clear heat toxins. Suitable for acute nephritis with edema and reduced urine output.
[Comment] Winter melon contains low sodium, making it ideal for patients with kidney edema. Not recommended for chronic nephritis patients with spleen-kidney deficiency-cold.
