Pork Bone Soup
[Ingredients] 90 grams soybeans, 60 grams oyster dried meat, 250 grams pork spine bone.
[Preparation] Wash soybeans, soak for half an hour; wash oyster dried meat. Clean pork spine bone, cut into pieces. Place all ingredients in a pot, add sufficient water, boil over high heat for 2 hours, season to taste. Drink as needed.
[Efficacy] Strengthen spleen and nourish blood, nourish yin and relieve irritability.
