Dried Lychee and Jujube Soup
[Ingredients] 10 dried lychees, 10 jujubes.
[Preparation] Remove shells from dried lychees and combine with jujubes, soak in two bowls of water for 15 minutes, boil, then simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
[Usage] One dose per day, divided into two portions, warm and consume both soup and flesh, discard seeds.
[Function] Tonify qi and blood. Suitable for hemorrhagic anemia.
