Lingzhi Powder Steamed Pork Cake
[Ingredients] Lingzhi 3 grams, lean pork 100 grams.
[Preparation]
1. Wash and dry the lingzhi, grind into powder; wash and chop the lean pork into paste.
2. Mix the lingzhi powder with the pork paste in a container, add a little soy sauce and cooking oil, and appropriate salt, stir well, then steam over water until fully cooked.
[Usage] Eat as desired, or serve as a side dish.
